"Amarillo Slim" is an own son of JenJack. Announced by Everett Segelke at his dispersal sale in Colorado as "the best jack prospect on the place".

Proven by his show record, he beat some great competition to earn the title of Grand Champion Jack at Bishop Mule Days in 1985 and was named Champion Model Donkey at the huge Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Donkey and Mule Show in 1985. Proven by his performance, he rides and drives. Chosen to lead the American Donkey and Mule Society entry in the Rose Parade. Provey his offspring, he has sired World and National Champion Performance mules in addition to many trail and working mules.

"Amarillo Slim" has been a great sire of mules for almost two decades. He has a wonderful disposition and sires mules with sound, athletic conformation and beautiful movement.
